In this workshop, we will present the newly-developed pipelines for the reduction of spectroscopic and imaging data with GTC-OSIRIS and GTC-OSIRIS+. The spectroscopic pipeline, developed by the team behind the upcoming MAAT instrument, is implemented in the open-source python-package PypeIt, and allows for the semi-automated science-grade reduction of all OSIRIS and OSIRIS+ spectroscopy (including both longslit and MOS). The python-based imaging pipeline for OSIRIS+, developed in-house by the GTC staff, performs basic image processing as well as both astrometric and zero-point calibration, and image combination. Live demonstrations of both pipelines will be performed and ample time will be allotted for hands-on usage by the participants.
Presencial attendance to the meeting is mandatory. On-line participation is not possible given the characteristics of the lectures.
