Deadline: 15/09/2013
- Description: Spring Semester 2014
26 nights during the first semester of 2014 (1 January-30 June) are available at the 3.5m telescope.
The application deadline is September, 15th 24h GMT (the same deadline as for the open time).
The proposals have to be presented through the official CAHA website.
The Principal Investigator and at least half of the team should belong to a Spanish Institution.
This call for proposals is meant to help projects that require a moderate or large number of observing nights. Proposals will be evaluated by a committee designed by the director of the IAA. This committee will take into account the scientific quatility of the project and its feasibility at CAHA.
The proposals of on-going projects have to be sent by the mentioned procedure, including the results obtained so far in the “Long Term Project” section and an estimation of nights that will be required in the next semesters. Any other information that might help the evaluation can be attached to the proposal.
