The Observatorio Astrofísico de Javalambre (OAJ) announces its first Call for Proposals for Semester 2016B (1st July – 31st December, 2016).

The deadline for proposal submissions is March 15th at 23:59:59 CET.

This first call offers the use of T80Cam at the 80cm JAST/T80 telescope. T80Cam is a panoramic camera with a large-format CCD of 9.2k x 9.2k pixels providing an effective FoV of 2 square degrees (1.4deg x 1.4deg). It hosts a set of 12 narrow, medium and broad band optical filters originally defined to conduct the J-PLUS survey (http://www.j-plus.es).

The OAJ open time for Semester 2016B amounts to 308 hours, split in Regular Programs, Large Programs and Director Discretionary Time. The document attached below provides main information on available instrumentation, the open time regulation and the submission procedure.
