Calar Alto Observatory is pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for the Autumn Semester 2014 (1 July – 31 December 2014) for the 3.5m and 2.2m telescopes.

For the 3.5m telescope, guaranteed time (Spanish and MPIA) and open time is available. A maximun of 80 nights are offered for open time.

For the 2.2m, besides the option of buying observing time, for this semester free observing time is also offered. Guaranteed time and up to 65 nights for open time is available.

Proposers coming from European countries others than Germany and Spain are kindly asked to apply via NorthStar/Opticon.
