CAHA call for proposals

Calar Alto Observatory is pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for the Spring Semester 2012 (1 January – 30 June 2012).

Please find here also important news for the upcoming semester, especially about open time restrictions at the 3.5m telescope and changes regarding service and visitor mode.

CAFE – the Calar Alto Fiber-fed Echelle spectrograph – which replaces the FOCES spectrograph at the 2.2m telescope, is available now. For details, see the above web page.

Proposers coming from European countries others than Germany and Spain, as well as international proposers, are kindly asked to apply via NorthStar/Opticon.
